Fantastic pics ... especially love the streets of Odessa pics. Pressure washing your riding gear can't be too good for the water proofing of the fabric ...... or am I just been stupid (and should start washing my jacket that way too)
As long as you dont have the goretex liner in there when you do it, it makes no difference, as the cordura outer is not waterproof at all anyway.
it's been posted before but here is some supporting video for the Balkan stuff. <iframe src="http://player.vimeo.com/video/10731627?title=0&portrait=0&color=fbca54" width="650" height="366" frameborder="0"></iframe> There is some stuff mixed in from later on in the year but the first 3 minutes is pure Balkan
Nice collection of clips. As part of SibirskyExtreme was following the BAM railway - I wonder if you have any more clips of 'training' at crossing rail tracks?
Klim Adventure suit is my current suit. These pics are from 2009. I was just updating an old thread because I found a bunch of pictures I hadnt posted before from Europe.
Hey, since the question has not been asked in a few weeks, what's up with the Bam Road DVD? RTWDoug will be entertaining us for a while, but next winter things will be slow.
Well its just waiting for me to get back to London and do the voice-overs. Its basically all done, just needs the final touches. Sadly its been in exactly the same position for 6 months now. I just havent been back to London to the editor/producer to do that final icing on the cake. I am in holland now sorting my bike, but I will be back in London in about 2 weeks. And then we can get this puppy knocked on the head! [it have now realised that to make a DVD a guy needs to stay in one place for at least a couple of months. I am not very good at that ]
They all went to Rhys. He had the SD cards for a year and a half which I think was just about long enough to make a copy
