New company located in Aguascalientes, Mexico
I see your other thread in Hack vendors, but not a lot of information about your company , or for that matter, yourself.
Perhaps you'd like to share some background about your company and what it has to offer?
I'm interested too. This is less than 3 hours from my brother's house.
Hi everyone, well, I'm Marco Almaraz, I'm also de Prez of the Iron Butt Association Mexico. My small sidecar company started because my dog. I was looking for a hack and I discovered that no one in MX build Sidecars, it's a new concept (that's how I see it) here in Mexico.
So I decided to investigate and with the help of Claude Stanley (Major sidecar builder in the US) We built our first SC. We tested it, fixed the bugs and because I do a lot of mountain trips (Bushcraft and survival) I decided to built tough rigs. Something that I can carry all my stuff and Not to worry about breaking down.
I started to build a second one, then a third and the rest,, well I had to start an small company called Sidecar Aguascalientes.
I test every SC on rough terrains, highways, etc that's my story
Thank you for taking the time to reply.
If I may ask, could you please share some more pictures of the sidecars you have built? I'm certain that many here would be very interested to see how things are done in Mexico.
As I said, we are a new company, we build one sidecar at the time. Here are some pics and a soon I get to the office I can post more pics of how I build them
We are currently modifying a sidecar for a Kawasaki KLR and building a sidecar for a GS BMW.
Thank you for sharing. Nice work, and I liked that you made a scale model of one of your designs, especially the forward glove/storage compartment.
This our new model
Where is your brother located at?
