Will you be posting up the GPS tracks?? I cannot do August, but might combine this with the breakfast run in September.

I'll have something done soon, and post them before the ride for sure. Going out to do some route checking next Monday and Tuesday, when I get home from the GRGR, in Iowa.
It would be good to do the week of the PHBR because they can both start and end from Bixby.
My goal is to do one more two day route heading west from the club. Then I would have six days of 200+ gravel from one place. SMART going south, PHBR east, my yet to be routed ride going west, and of course the SBR goes through Bixby mostly north, so 8 days and about 1800 miles from our club.

How far west of Jackson MO you going to pass? I hate to go way north when I could catch the group Saturday morning.

    Cool.

I forgot to check my vacation schedule today. My September week either starts or ends with the PH Breakfast run. I should be able to spend 2-4 days down that way.

A plan might be coming together.

Are you kidding????? Sieg is probably one of the most "useful" guys to have on the trail. It's been rumored that he gives new meaning to the term "take one for the team", when it comes to finding nails on the trail. It just doesn't get any better than that! :lol3

Well start is only 100 miles from Jackson, the closest point after that is near Ruble at 94 miles, 1/3 of the way into the ride.

    THREE not one:deal

Out scouting/riding the last 2 days,:clap about got it figured out. Shaping up well, a lot less pavement than the PHBR and may not be real dusty because there ain't much rock on these roads either. :D Anybody got a favorite campground near Mammoth Springs? There may be an unofficial pre-ride in the next week or two.

Is that the "pre-ride" wed - sat? I can come down for that. Where is everyone meeting/staying?

I have a drz400 but no rack so can't carry nothing. Moto-racks is behind on his orders, he took a fall. Also I have only the stock tank.

Not only do I not have a big fuel tank, I can't carry any! Only had the bike about a month.
I can carry water in a sling bag but would have to have some gas stops.
