I'm considering the Multistrada Enduro, one with a few (~25k) miles on it.

Suspension wears out. Is there anything special about servicing the forks beyond fluid, bushing and seals?

Are the shocks serviceable by a pro ? Or is it a "throw it away and buy a new $3k shock" deal?

I talked to him. He can't get into the electronic cartridges (i.e. revalve), but he can refresh fluids, seals, bushings and springs.

Konflict motorsports can also do that, plus they have an Andreani cartridge for the right fork leg.

Since the electronic cartridges are non-serviceable they will need to be replaced when worn or broken ... it looks the fork cartridge is $700 and the shock is $2000.
