DAY 1 302 mi ( 273 mi bail out option )​

1. We stage in the high desert, at a private residence in Phelan, CA. camping locations will be available the night before if needed, a safety meeting and gps download, then 302 miles of California desert through johnson valley through Barstow and ending at the Tecopa hot springs

   DAY 2 193 mi
   
   We leave Tecopa and run through dumont dunes then take a dirt road into Baker, after leaving baker we take dirt , eventually running into the afton canyon route that leads into Barstow. from barstow a stop at the giant ice cream cone for gas then more dirt near the outlet center more dirt then we return to our starting location.
   
   

That’s friggn awesome! Wish I could participate, but I’m going to have to just settle for the great shirt that arrived Tuesday. Should be a ton of fun!!
