Is this rally biting off more than I can handle with a V-Strom 1000 with OEM tires? Most of the videos online are single track that I am not sure I would want to attempt with my 500 lb bike. Opinions? Thanks.

There's a lot of liter bikes on this rally. But I would recommend a set of big block tires.

Anyone interested to pre-run some of the routes on 4/6? my bike is together and I have been tooling around the pine barrens by myself, but not as much fun if you cant pull yourself out of a mud hole.

Oh and in regards to: "Friday night rider meeting at 7pm in the Adventure Center. Sign up for the two guided rides. Easy and hard. (Easy course is mostly on road, dirt road. Hard course is for the more experienced rider. It will consist of off-road hard enduro type terrain.)"
