And because many of you on ADV, especially on Battle Scooters, are directly responsible for this purchase. Special shout-outs to Klaviator, Cash Cow, cdwise, the Virginian, Quezzie, Kantuckid, JerryH, Tromper and lately DandyDoug. You have all influenced me to purchase a 2020 Vespa 300 GTS HPE on July 25, 2019.

9784638C-8D3A-4A75-B146-FFDDF13ABAC1.jpeg Yeah, I agree. Didn’t have ATGATT outfit with me. But I rode it around the dealer lot before loading it. These were my “trailering” clothes. Dealer is 200 miles away in Manitowoc, Wi. I stopped by Lambeau Field in Green Bay on the way home. It was their first open practice day.

Welcome. Beautiful scooter. I am not an ATGATT rider, but I do wear jeans, more substantial shoes, a full face helmet, and an orange road construction vest. I rode 178 miles this morning wearing a T shirt. Just too hot here in AZ for anything else. It finally got so hot I took off the vest. In the winter I'll be wearing a jacket and gloves (and riding a LOT more)

Congratulations and welcome to the invisible senior citizens scooter club! I wonder if we all look the same too. I know we were wearing pretty much exactly the same clothes today, same beard, same silly and happy feeling riding.

Congrats on the new scoot! I'd have chosen that DK green in a heartbeat.
When the Packers dumped our fave player, Randall Cobb, Lambeau Filed became persona non grata and that he went to the Cowboys took him off our list anyway, now back to a hard core Chiefs fan.
Here's yer farkle list: large bar weights, top case, etc., etc.:lol2

Congrats on the new Vespa and welcome out of the lurker ranks! Now the fun begins!

I think all us gray-beards look alike to the whippersnappers...

2D62DD4C-0389-45F9-BD69-9678ED96A49A.jpeg It came to the dealer with 2 miles, the PDI mechanic put 4 miles on it and I put 10 miles on it before loading on the trailer. Even after only 10 miles, I knew this was a great idea!

A big road with bridges will be a two lane 55 mph road. Many of the roads around the lakes are smaller with 25-45 mpg limits. Scooter paradise
