The care package is great the $500 vip card just makes joining a no brainer if you are buying a new bike. Lots of discount codes mosko....wolfman....camel adv....$25 touratech card...Klim socks....black dog bottle opener...digit tire pressure gauge....list goes on.

Note the $500 pp card is only valid if presented when you purchase the new bike. So bring it when you sign away or hand over the beans

Call them. I spoke to Inna she was very helpful explaining how they work. I also called my dealer to make sure they understand how the VIP cards work. My dealer was familiar with them and knew how to process.

Any confirmation if Rally mode is a software enabled add on for 2020 or included as standard for the R models?

My dealer called and confirmed that it is standard still, no upcharge.

Ktm’s website lists a “Rally Pack” for $200 that enables multiple modes of traction control and throttle responses. Maybe Rally mode is included but the varying controls are not.

I suspect that's the PP option for the S, but they didn't change that list on the R web page.

Agreed. Communications between the KTM web developers and other KTM departments often seem to be a bit muddled. I suspect a lack of good interdepartmental communications is at the heart or the issue and/or a language barrier is involved.

I t was confirmed at one point that the 790 would be built in China in a collaboration with Cf moto, but now is seems pretty sure that production will continue i Austria. Hoping they have learned to tighten those hose clamps now ;-)

If you're not willing to take our answers you should seek your own. As I stated, my dealer called and confirmed that Rally mode is not an add on for the R model in 2020, it's still included.

I Asked my dealer to Quote all the buttons available on the R
    His response:
    Cruise Control $229.99
    Quick Shifter+ $359.99
    Heated Grip Hit $197.99
Also mentioned a SW Mototech center stand. Sounds like a bad idea on a dirt bike.

Said Rally Pack is enabled on the R...
    More news at 11

He hoped to hear more about delivery dates 11-11 or 12.

Thank you for contributing the information you got from your dealer. I'll make sure to relay new info as it materializes as well.
Rest assured, I always seek my own answers. Nothing personal.

I talked to my dealer on Saturday. He got in a couple "S" models this week. He said
Should one be able to buy the software this month on an expected bike delivery in Dec?

Don't know if it's only on sale this month or if it's whatever price it is when you order it or what.

I also got word that they got a few S models in since last Wednesday.
