So in Prairie (*kick* splash *kick* splash) Rider's honor.. we went to attack the famous Greenridge Trail of Northern Colorado.

I've long claimed this "trail" is in fact a river with sandbars... and now I have the evidence! :D This is about one half of the water crossings that Greenridge includes. If you enjoy watercrossings.. you'll love this trail!

critique: this video is 15 minutes long. I'd recommend saving it for mid-winter when you are really really bored and suffering cabin fever :freaky

Your thread title reminds me of one of my favorite lines from "Strange Brew"

"My brother and I used to say that drowning in beer was like Heaven, eh? Now he's not here and I've got two soakers . . . this isn't Heaven, this sucks!"

Is the background tune the from the "Dirty Dozen" movie or "Rat Patrol"? I can't remember.

Looks like lots of fun! :thumb

Neither. It's 'The Bridge over the River Kwai" if I'm not mistaken. Great flick with Willaim Holden and Alec Guiness.

Great idea but if Geek can find it, there is a clip of Luke taking his xr100 under water that might be hard to beat.:lol3:lol3

As kids growing up in the USA... did you not refer to getting your boots full of water as getting "soakers" ?? That's what we called it growing up in the great white north eh? :D

Of course.. you hosers don't call hats "tuques" either :patch

I thought there was a rule you were supposed to have to drink the contents of the airbox & your boots after pulling a stunt like that?
