I wish... that's a 10 hour ride and would need a RON and then back down to San Diego...

I'll probably visit that one of these days when I head up that way next time...

FINALLY! A faint glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel.

Watched the San Diego Daily Brief on COVID-19 and learned that San Diego County will gradually reopen campgrounds...

    Campgrounds Reopen <<<

"On May 8, San Diego County officials announced the gradual reopening of County campgrounds. We will be reopening at 50 percent capacity—to tent and RV campers—with new guidelines in place to comply with public health orders connected to COVID-19. Our online reservation system is now open to book overnight stays between Saturday, May 9 and Sunday, May 31."

And once again I fell way behind the learning curve of your thread Rudy. Congratulations on the Wee Gee! I love the switch-ability of the Kriegas for your luggage thoughts on it.

Camp grounds are opening, time to take the Monkey on a camping run!

Thanks Eric; waiting for Friday for warmer weather. Will take it for a run to my daughter's to pick up granddaughter's meds. About a 150 mile round trip.

Thanks for reminding me about this RR... I read the first couple of pages and I lost track when the family and I went on the Caribbean Cruise over December...

Holy Crappola!!! I just realized that was the beginning of the whole pandemic thing and we were on a cruise out of Florida... dodged a bullet there... :knary

Now that I have time, I'll see about getting caught up in between wrenching...

    Bustin' loose...

I've spent the last week or so looking for parts that'll make the wee Gee more tour friendly and bring it's off-road game up a notch...

a pair of Zeta bar risers, they also pull back the reach on the bars...

I stripped the luggage from the Duc and installed it on the wee Gee... those Kriega 12 liter bags are packed with my personal and camping gear for Alaska... I just need to throw my tent on the rear rack and the she's ready to go...

enough wrenchin'... time to bust loose and go for a ride...

@sealsam and @villageidiot were headed out for a ride on Ortega Hwy and De Luz Road to Fallbrook so Sam dinged me with a PM to see if I wanted to tag along...
