How can I save this? :lol3

Based on this post, you believe Fulham and Palace will top the other London clubs?

Me thinks Emery might have gone overboard with the "Just for Men." That's one hell of a dye job. He looks like an 80s gigolo. Do not be surprised if he appears pitch side in furry leopard print budgie smugglers with a gold medallion and a chest wig

You’d have to currently be 32 years old to be an Arsenal fan that legally bought a pint to celebrate them winning the title. 46 years old if you’re a Liverpool fan, or 78 years old if you’re a Tottenham fan...

    I'm old enough.

BTW, I remember Istanbul 2005. That was an amazing comeback, and if one wasn't sealed as a Reds fan after that match, I don't know what's in your soul.

EPL Week 1 is under our belt now.

Man City looked in control against the Gunners and after the early goal the result didn't look in doubt. That second was a sweet finish. Arsenal appear to have a very young David Luiz on their team - at least judging from the mop on his head. Seems like a talent, albeit left exposed on that opening goal.

Chelsea made harder work of Huddersfield than the scoreline reflects, but a decent start for the Sarri era. Rare goal for Kante.

ManU looked a little shaky and lucky and needed the second goal to get the result. Pogba was great though.

Spurs headed two goals, neither by 'Arry Kane. Newcastle should be disappointed in that result.

Liverpool were on top from the kickoff and Alisson didn't have much to do all game. Naby Keita played really well and with Milner and Wijnaldum the Red's midfield bossed the game. Gotta love VVD.

Long way to go, but Arsenal, ManU, Chelsea and Spurs have some work to do because City and Liverpool looked the more fluid, well drilled, confident teams.

I agree. Liverpool could be the team this season. I know folks who are upset that the good guys let Keita slip to Liverpool. They rate him highly.

Guendouzi looks both good and bad. That hair makes everything he does noticeable. And he had some howlers.

Chelsea Arsenal will not be boring this week. Both still struggling to adopt new system.

Early Gut still telling me Liverpool-City fight for title. leaving Spurs, Chelsea, Utd, Ars well behind in an ugly fight for the CL spots :photog

Only games i had time to watch were Utd and Ars. Just highlights of others....

United... Still un-glued. But look dangerous at times. Shaky most others. LUcky to get that Pen to start the season. And helped their form i think.... Still Have to be more convincing against teams like LC to have a chance.

Arsenal did better than I might have expected given their unstable situation, vs (un)arguably the best EPL team in over a decade. But still. Alot more baggage to unload.

City did not look all that good, especially without the ball.

Consider that they did not start D. Silva, De Bruyne, Sane, Jesus, Otamendi, Kompany .

The build up to Liverpool’s first goal was textbook, Saw the goal 3 moves ahead. Hopefully setting a standard

Heh Arsenal. A sadistic part of me said it was nice to see them lose. Or people would have blamed Wenger again lol. Emery didn't wait to shake hands with Pep after the match?

Good on Liverpool. Nicely played and good to see Mane and Salah score again. Hope they do win the season.

A lot of the first half Arsenal had them tied up, even after the first goal I thought we could easily come back and win the game but when we got on goal it was as if no body wanted to try and shoot, after the second I knew we were going to loose but there were more good signs than bad signs from that game.
I was over by the away fans and a sure sign that we were doing better than some people in the media reported was how quiet the away support was for most of the game, even when they were winning.
