Stopped by the graphics place today....it's not going to be cheap if we chose to do this, we would be looking at between $200 and $225 per windshield. I am going to move forward with this for now but not sure if I have the spare cash for it right now. The shop is using 3M products which have a clear top coat, which makes it really easy to clean. I am going to send him the graphics and see if it is good enough to use anyway. Also he said it would be easier to install the graphics on the bike but he could do it with just the windshield.

I am liking the trip names so far....keep them coming.

it has been 5-years since I went, but we stayed at the same ohtels (Radisson and Matagami). Both were excellent. Both tried hard to communicate if your French is bad.

Thanks for making the reservation Marty.

Is the reservation for the same hotel and the same room as our travel colleagues or just the same hotel?

I'm happy to find someone here to speak French and make a call to book reservations at the other places.

If you could that would be great! My only other thoughts are 1) to call and pray that they speak enough English to get it booked 2) call Blaster's visa concierge service and see if they have French reservations specialists.

Thanks keith! My "C" plan is to learn Rosetta Stone level 4 for French...but we'd probably end up with accommodations with a small child pool side :D

PS I hope you don't mind, I brought your temp chart to the first page

Spoke with Julie. Delightful and very helpful.
Two rooms for 8/27 are two twins only @$146/room/night.
One room for 8/30 and 8/-31 is two twins @$146/night and one room for 8/30 and 8/31 is a queen and a bit larger room @ $157.50.
We can change the queen to two twins if you want. Just not the other way on 8/27. I've got confirmation numbers for all four reservations. Cancel 48 hours ahead. Email confirmation from Julie is on its way to me.

Julie provided contact information for the Dam tour (1-800-291-8486) and recommended calling 48 hours ahead of time to book a tour in English.

She provided a Helicopter tour number (1-819-638-7904) and suggested booking ahead of time as they might combine groups to reduce cost depending on numbers etc.

And she said the tourist kiosk should speak English and be helpful (1-819-638-8687).

    Booked reservations;

    Christoph was very helpful too.
Reserved two rooms with two beds each and a shared bath (down the hall) at $95/per person/per night (not per room).
A private room with bath is available at $145/per person per night. Let me know if you want to upgrade.

They have a meal plan too that saves ~5% ($150/pp/pn).
Meals can be purchased individually; breakfast is $15, lunch $17 and dinner $28.
    Cancellation 24 hours ahead.

I think we are good to go. Let me know if want to downgrade the first or upgrade the second reservation.

The TKC80s are here.......ready to mount.

    Great news Keith :clap

Blaster and I are fine with the reservations (bed configurations) as booked, so no need to change them if ya'll are happy with them.

How about we break some bread over dinner somewhere before we all leave?
