I want to start a forum for people who ride Dual sport bikes in the very South of Alabama. We have some great riding over here, you just have to know the right people.

I am always interested in knowing the right people.

We ride every weekend and ususlly have from 5 to 15 riders. Most of us are more dirt that street so we ride Eglin AFB where there is 200,00 acres and almost NO pavement.

Come on over and join us for the Turkey Trot on Nov 20. We should have about 30 riders. Check the Pensacola Area Riders and the Trukey Trott threads.

I use to live in Mobile, where do you ride overthere?

I live here in Baldwin County, in Loxley to be exact. It is me and another guy that ride together around here. We try to ride every weekend, but we are lacking really good places to ride. We have one spot but it is not that big of an area. Eglin is way the hell over there, huh? It is tough for me to get away for an entire day due to the fact I have a 3 and a 5 year old. I have checked out the Pensacola forum but there is so much BS, it is hard to wade through it all. I hope we can hook up and ride on day soon.

I just moved to the area.

What dual sport opportunities are there around here? I found boulders and Boggs near Andalusia but seems more oriented towards mudding . I have been there yet

    Hey there,

I live in Pensacola and ride Blackwater State Park and Eglin Reserve. Good mixture of terrain and trails, need a pass for Eglin though; you can pick them up cheap at Jackson Guard. There is also the Clear Creek OHV park in Milton that's got some good riding too, it's near Whiting Field.
