:nah...the tag is an FAA tracking station located on Mt. Laguna off the Sunrise Highway.- which is an awesome ride in its self... there is a great restaurant located 2 miles south called the Blue Jay Lodge..

BTW....I'm about to turn 58 - but still try to ride like I'm still 28:lol3

Maybe you didn’t notice the name it’s called Southern California Tag-O-Rama
Maybe you could start one that says too busy to ride No more than an hour from East inland Empire Tag-O-Rama.
Believe it or not many of us buy bikes to get out and ride sometimes, we have no plan when we get up don’t really have an idea of where we want to go and this is a way to give people a chance to do some research and have a destination and in doing research will see something on the way to the tag. Then placing the tag the process starts all over again. I feel if the bike manufacturers didn’t want us to ride more than an hour from your house the bikes would all come with a one gallon fuel tank

Funny thing is I haven’t logged in here in weeks and find the current tag is 15 minutes away from me.

Julian pie company in Santa Ysabel is a very short but nice ride from Ramona. They just re-paved the road and it was a nice day to get on the bike for a little bit. 393A87BD-49A9-4C6C-B08F-F9F0D732EC7A.jpeg

New tag is kind of a locals only thing so some hints are in order. Road is like a supermoto track so riding something that can take curve is recommended. It’s on a road that will take you from a city in the country to the valley of the sun. B90B4421-1AC8-4593-8E96-FC601DAD462A.jpeg 9E5D80F1-FDCE-4705-94A7-C22332F77CCC.jpeg

I'm guessing Rainbow Canyon Blvd or Rice Canyon Rd.... Not sure... Maybe on the road to Sunrise Summit?

I know there are some metal sculptures on the 79 past Vail Lake..
