Way nasty ride over to Mesquite from St George. When road closed sign says winter conditions, they mean it. Over 7 hours pushing in mud and snow. Epic. Want to ride it this summer. Started at 11 am. Arrived Mesquite 10 pm.

Thank you. I love that little bike...it is slow and steady but man, it has taken me to some really fun and scenic places!

I'm thinking of getting a KLX myself.

Great pics, thanks for bringing this thread back to life. I need to get back out to Utah, it's such a great state to ride!

Yes they will all likely be open in April....pretty much all of them are now. PM when you get closer to coming and I can get you details. Lots of great fire roading and camping, especially in April.

My Mom is also 86 year old and she stands a full 5ft tall.
I, at the age of 55, am too chicken to tell my Mom that I ride motorcycles.
She had forbade us to ride motobikes when growing up. All my Brothers have obeyed her--my jealous Brothers have told Mom on me.
I always reply "No Mom, I don't ride. The Brothers just want to look good to you".

    Well played Imu....well played.

My folks also forbade me to get a minibike when I was about 12...all my friends had them. I pestered them for 3 years and finally I wrote a note to my folks and told them I was going to steal one and hide it in the bushes so I could ride when I wanted to. A week after that my dad went out and bought me a used Honda 70 and made me work it off...My mom is STILL livid about that all these years later. My dad doesn't care at this point...he is passed away.
