I did that on the Super Tenere along with Gooseberry Mesa and then the west side of Zion.

    Hello all!
I will start planning my first adv to Colorado/Utah and hope to find a good group to tag along with. I have a wr250r and need a hotel for my dog to stay at while I’m riding. I am a capable rider who likes to operate wayvinsodw of my skill level, hope to meet likeminded people.
If I’m posting in the wrong spot, please point me in the right direction.
I am open to travel any time of the year.
I hope everyone is staying healthy and safe as our whole planet tries to get through this virus.

I just read this and thought it would be good to post up somewhere. But since you mentioned Utah I'm guessing Moab is on your list of stops

I will agree travel is out of the question at this time. I am currently staying home until we all get through this. Lots of time to think about future trips.

The last pic of the falls is the TT trail, others were in/around WV.

I've always wanted to see the desert during a heavy rainfall event. I would exercise more caution when crossing above those falls...

My wife and I took a trip to the middle east 3 days before the whole virus thing blew up, to say it was chaos is an understatement. We watched one by one, as borders closed, ports closed, airports were ghost towns, beaches closed, hotels tested you before you walked in the door...insane realized we were in trouble and tried 3 times to get home early , only to have flights cancelled. We finally made it and they closed Dubai airport an hour after we left. Glad to be home...
Now we have been in quarantine for 11 days and going nuts. Decided to social distance and quarantine myself out in the desert with the KLX....never saw a soul and really needed it. Enjoy the pics and stay safe and healthy....looking forward to at least going to the store to get groceries in 3 more days!
