Regarding the weight distribution, the centre of mass needs to be in front of the centre of pressure, think darts, arrows and aircraft. Some fighter aircraft operate with these very close or even opposite for great manoeuvrability but they need a computer to fly as they are inherently unstable.

That's a great little show there eh. I really enjoyed it as far as I've watched it (30 mins, 28 to go, I'm using free wifi on my phone ) and it has been enlightening to watch. I'll finish it next week when I'm back at at the free wifi .
