In my not quite 30 years on two wheels, I have ridden a Harley once. And today, I bought a sight unseen Evo FXR online. Cabin fever? Advancing dementia? Both?

The wife doesn't know, of course. The kid, much of whose worldview comes from South Park, greeted the news with a, "I always suspected you were a Harley faggot." So precious...

I was at Big Sky BMW yesterday killing time when I seen these Tourmaster Synergy heated gloves on a clearance shelf. Hmmm, why have I been putting heated grips on all my road bikes when I could just buy one pair of gloves? Msrp was $219, I got them for $119 and no tax! Batteries can last up to 8 hours. Can’t wait to try them out.

Very nice. I expect we'll wake up early on Sunday, June 20 and recite the DR prayer:

Almighty DR, bestow your blessings upon us.
Please bestow upon us your mighty power and torque.
And please not let the mighty weight break our bones.
This we ask in the name of Suzuki.
    Amen

Is there a bike or list of bikes that you want to add to the collection?

I have a picture of my neighbors friend pulling up on a Kawasaki Z1 900 with all those chrome pipes , I moved in 73 so must have been 72.

@Motomedic .....Me and the boys got another lettuce field picked. Whenever you're ready! Lettuce on the road here is considered road kill...

I don't have a list per say, just whatever gets my attention. Like the Z 1000. I wasn't even looking for a road bike, but when I seen it, I thought, that's a cool bike. Plus, the guy took $1k less then he was asking. A Z1 900 would look good in the stable. I have always loved that bike. :thumb

I wouldn't mind another run to Yuma, as long as I don't have to pick up at that miserable cold storage company again. 9 fucking hours to get loaded sucked.

I'm in Las Vegas right now, with a load of applesauce to drop in Henderson tomorrow.

The Z1 was a nice bike but didn't come on the pipe like the H1 or H2. Either one of those would be a nice addition to the stable. The culmination of Kawasaki's N100 Plan to design the most powerful production motorcycle engine in the world, which they did. The 60's version of the Ninja H2. The H1 was the father of the son, Z1. The H2 Mach IV was the unholy ghost. Just beware, above 5,000 RPM in the first three gears the front wheel is coming up! The howl at higher RPM is like nothing else that ever existed. Plus, it made an acceptable touring bike.

I just like the looks of the Z1. Root beer brown with orange pin strips.

Anyone else able to get out yesterday or today while the weather was nice? A bit windier than I was hoping today, but still a nice little ride through the Greenbluff area. Hopefully spring is finally here!

Still 56 in the shade at my house, over 60 for the next three days. Wish my back was better. Muscle relaxers and riding don't go together well.

Plenty of room here if someone wanted to make a two day ride.

I also owned an H2. I traded it with a stack of cash for a heavily modded GPz750 Turbo....

Ah, I wondered if any of you all took advantage of this lovely weather! Been seeing a few more every day.

I am in recovery mode until May... but at least I will be rearing to go when I'm cleared!!

So in the mean time.. take me somewhere virtually I would normally go this time of year... hint: Tundra
