Come out and throw a leg over it.
How do I find them? Lots of alcohol and lots of time on the computer at night. Lol. As you can probably tell, I’m (happily) single!
Will do some day! Like a trip back to my youth
Bring your young legs with you.
Big Bores 2 strokes Rock!
You need more red bikes in your shop.
We are working on that. The Honda CR is the scariest dirt bike i have ever ridden. Unreal power. It really makes your body "tingle".
I agree. They say the red ones are the fastest.
My herd of motorcycles are multi-colored. I decided it was time for a family photo so I took a couple of shots then Otis decided to get in it since he's family too.
Variety is the spice of life.
The Vespa isn't in the pic because it's up for sale and the minibike is down in Baker City.
One can never have to many bikes!
My son picked up another bike for our collection. A 1984 (only year air cooled) CR500. It will be at the shop this weekend.
So, let's just pretend for a moment that I am available for breakfast and at least a short ride the 7th or 8th of August, would anyone be available?
I would be available.
Perhaps swing by Conkling marina to check out the Vintage Dirtbike Museum and dip toes in the water? I'm plotting with neighbors to hang out at the lake; that may well be the weekend. Just look for a group wearing Harley shirts and marine safety equipment:
Safety equipment? Check.
I'm in. Bring it!
If by Bring It you mean mostly paved an very mild dirt then I am in. I will have to get new tires on the bike as the stock Torrance’s are not confidence inspiring on anything beyond packed dirt and honestly they aren’t all that inspiring on the pavement either now that I think about it.
No worries Eric. I have a 2nd bike now. Make it all pavement if I ride the land rocket. She don't like the dirt.
She's the fat girl in the middle
You got a C14! I had an '01 Concours, loved that bike, wanted a C14 but ended up with an FJR for some reason, I think it was the ergos and probably price. That with a KLR was a combo I had for some years and it was a good mix. I am betting that C14 and your Husky are an aweome combo!
They are at the far ends of their respective spectrums but compliment each other nicely.
The big girl keeps you 99% off of dirt and after riding it it makes you to stay on 99% dirt on the Husky LOL
