I didn’t buy the KZ1000. The guy showed up with it this morning. The bike looked ok but ran horrible on the low end. I didn’t feel like pulling 4 carbs off and going through them at the price I offered him.

You should come out and look at it. I sold my Toyota Tacoma and my Chevy Metro on the same day last week. I’m in a selling mood right now. :D

Anyone have a recommendation on where to park with a toy hauler over night somewhere around Spokane/Coeur d'alene? I'll be passing through on Sat (yeah, the long weekend), on my way to Montana. I know of a BLM dispersed camp west of Spokane, but might not be ready to stop yet. I'm happy to pay, but figure all campgrounds will be full. I'll be fully self-contained.

Braaap! Needs fueling, a tail tidy, and suspension done but it's so nice to have another Guzzi! I had one of the same model that was totaled 11 years ago and swore I'd have another. One came up for sale for a price I couldn't refuse and a quick fly and ride from Sacramento back home ensued. :smile6

Thanks, Idarider! I'll keep that in mind. For now, I'm all set. Hey, did you make it up to BC yet? I might swing through there, later this month before returning to Oregon.

yes, a twin to the one I had when I prowled Spokane and Cd'A with in 1973... a blue 1972 Kawasaki H2... I probably won't do what i used to do when I cruised Riverside... flip off the Spokane PD officers riding Harleys.. or do a wheelie from stop light to stop light... LOL... Seriously, I am VERY excited to start looking it over and see what I have and what I need to do to bring it back to life. The frame looks good and the motor is fresh... and I have three boxes of stuff to look through!!!
