No, I will be leaving for Montana November 1st. You should drive out to the shop sometime. Would love to see you again before I leave. I will be coming back once a month throughout the winter( weather permitting) to check on things. Maybe we can all get together for a meet up and lunch/dinner.

Another bike was picked up tonight for the collection. A 1974 Kawasaki G3 90 in excellent condition. I haven’t rode it but Jake says it runs and looks perfect. Can’t wait to see it. BB8AA42B-51D0-492C-A034-14755B1A23EE.png

    I will.
My daughter in law went by herself yesterday to look at the bike. My son and I have shown her what to look for when buying a bike. She checked everything out and rode it through all the gears. She even loaded it in her van by herself. She made me proud!! EF62E194-14E0-483C-984E-DFB8D0EFC303.png

Escaped yesterday from the home office for a quick twistie blast. After neglecting the GS for a few months in favor of Harleys and dirt bikes, it's a treat to radically change perspectives. Such a competent and pleasant Swiss army knife of a bike. But if I could only keep one street bike, I don't know if I would make the practical / modern choice. The character and soul of the ol' paint shaker (only at idle, cruising it is smooth) Harley have really grown on me of late.

The recent 3K mile lowrider FXR trip was great.. with no ABS, no cruise control, no windshield, not even saddle bags. I had no back pain, no monkey butt, no wrist issues.. just a shit-eating grin rolling across the county, taking in the scenery, looking at cloud reflections in the brightly chromed single headlight as the Evo rumbled along posting 45+ mpg. A thoroughly chilled / zen vibe on the anti-GS.

Did a little sanding and polishing on the swing arm today while it’s raining. A few before and after shots. E75ABECE-21F9-4C20-8CE6-E6B9E6CA1F14.png F303812A-C676-489A-907C-5746D8465CA9.jpeg

Good morning Spokane! Hopped on the Super Ten on Thursday for a nice little day ride. Was hoping to go to Spirit Lk via Mt Spokane and found that Brickel Ck rd (east side of mountain) had a big "No trespassing" sign with no gate. Wasn't lookin to get shot so I turned around. Anyone know what's up with Brickel Cr rd?

I think that may be Inland Empire Paper Company property.

Jake brought the two bikes over from Montana today. The 74 Kawasaki G3 90 and the 91 KDX 200. The KX500 will be heading to Montana in a couple of weeks and we will finish it there over the winter along with the 84 CR500. 1B199BE5-EF87-4E15-91FF-2B759739ADF9.jpeg A7B32609-9B68-40B7-92CA-F99344B2DCD7.jpeg

Jake also installed the new fat bars, pad, grips and levers to. He has been coming over here from Montana every weekend for the last 6 weeks shrink wrapping boats for us and he has manage to work on the KX a little each weekend, which has really sped up the process. It is very fun to ride. Not KX500 fun, but still fun. It has about a forty mile range on the battery.
