This is the annual Baby Butt 1000 San Diego to Laughlin (the LONG way) Ride. I've run the last four years and it's always been a lot of fun. They have a 1000 mile and 1500 mile routes. The 1000 mile route usually has tons of great twisties involved. Although, I am not running this year, I highly recommend it. :deal :D

It looks like the 2001 ride ran you out through Arizona and looped counter clockwise to Laughlin, did you ride this one? Can you summerise the route they put you through? I am expecting this year to be similar based on what I have heard. Thanks.

I did it last year too....great fun.

General route from memory....15N to Hwy 2 to Sunland 210N to 128 to 101N to 154 Santa Maria to 166 to Frazier Park to 223 to Lake Isabella to 14N to 190E thru Death Valley to 95S Beatty Nv. 127S to Baker to 15N to 164E to 95S to Laughlin.

It was a long ride. Can't make it this year....

    Have fun.

Thanks for the route...but this years info packet says we will hit 3 states so from that I got to assume it will be a counter clockwise loop through Arizona.

I'm doing the ride on my black litre strom. Is the course the same every year? See you this weekend.
