I know where that is, not sure I want to ride a motorcycle there. Not the best area.
It’s not as bad as it first appears. Not too far off of I-70, and once there, it’s totally fine. Some of the surrounding areas. Not so fine.. It was my first TAG in the St Louis Tag thread, so I wanted to be in St. Louis. The entire trip through the cemetery is neat. Who’s who from the old St Louis elite.
it's a very interesting place, I have taken a tour and expect to take another. Cavalry, next door, is good also but not as good. Sherman is buried there and people leave cigars at his grave.

Ha! I’m tagless! I’ll be back out this week! Or next week.. Looks like some exercise involved in this one.
Yeah, some vertical is involved, although there are several levels along the way, so you can choose how far you need to go.
Excuse me; pardon the interruption. Wanted to wish everyone a great December.
And a maintenance bump too.
Will our tag have to include a tug passing through? Up or downstream.
Tug and a Locomotive, Plane for bonus points.
uh, no. I will give you that to your discretion.
Mid January Bump:
As per Missouri Tag O Rama:
somewhat Blue that Neil Peart has left us.
Not right for his spirit to leave us, so soon.
But we carry on, Move forward.
This beautiful tag is available for the taking.
Put me in some spot within 150 miles of the Arch, and we call it a deal?
150 miles from the arch seems a bit much. That would cover a damn big area. 100 might be to much.
At this point I would accept 1 mile!
But post#1 established the rules, and 150 is the limit. That could take one to Indiana.
IL., KY., IA. ..............….But TN. is just 1 mile too far!
Hey Santa Louigians:
Welcome to February...
OK, I read the rules in post 1, stupid. I normally ride a couple hundred miles when I'm just out for a day and that doesn't begin to cover that much area. So I don't need to check this thread anymore. Central Dairy was good yesterday and not crowded.
Hope that I didn’t give the impression that the tag had to go To the Limit!
Anywhere within that ring ( yes, that is a lot of area, for a lot of opportunities and possibilities), is perfectly acceptable and desirable, by all the riders. Sometimes the tag stretches your normal envelope. For me, and others I assume, that is a Good Thing. The following tag, is all about individual choice: you can place it wherever you want, at long as it doesn’t exceed the ring.
Sorry if I implied anything other than a welcome-to-participation-to-all, in my post.
Hmmm.........explain the stupid part? The tag is 35 miles from O Fallon. You rode to Central Dairy, that's over 100 miles from O Fallon. But the area is to large? You don't have to get the tag and drop the tag in the same day. So in two rides you could have played along and stayed in your "couple hundred" mile normal ride limit by dropping it at Central Dairy. BTW 150 is the max not the minimum, you can move it less than a block and still be legit. That'd be a 70 mile round trip from O Fallon!
Anyway sorry you don't like the rules, we could use some more players. (I know I'd like the get more of the tags, but since I retired I just can't find the time.) We'll miss you.
Looks like a 180 mile loop for me. Just waiting for a free, and Warm Saturday.
I'll TAG it, GotFrog!!
i like it brother!
