I'm hoping my schedule allows me to take a week off so I could bring a 22ft RV and 10 ft trailer to haul the street bike and the enduro.
    Questions
Is the RV and trailer able to camp on the farm?
Could I use the 3 days of Hatfield McCoy trail permit before or after the rally? Ideally the Wednesday Thursday and Sunday. Maybe have them mailed to me ahead Possible?
Whats the chances of this selling out? I may not be able to commit till a week or two before.
    Thanks for any info.

wont fit at the farm but there are big spots with electric in town, 2 miles from the farm... very quick ride
call kathy, she can answer all your questions but since you have to be there to use the HM pass you would probably just get it when you get there...
i dont know the limit this year but just keep an eye on the "in list"

I'm planning on attending this year as the week falls on my birthday and ties in nicely with another camp & ride later in the week.

I'm a little confused on the sleeping in trucks part. I'm planning on trailering my bike down. My tow setup is a small 4x8 trailer being towed by my Subaru Forester. Will I be required to purchase an RV pass, park off-site and NOT sleep in my vehicle? Or do I need to search in Matewan?

My suggestion would be to contact Kathy at the resort and explain your trailering rig to her. She could give you the best advice about what you would need to do. (304) 426-4700

I actually exchanged a few messages with Donald last night and he was able to clear up some of my concerns. Now if I can just get the rest of my crew together I may be able to form a plan lol.
