It's stamped right on your rim for you. 2.5 and 1.6

When installing the locks don't do them directly opposite the valve stem. Looking from the left side valve stem is at 6 o'clock and the lock is at about 11 o'clock. If you're going to run 2 locks put the second directly opposite the first lock. I guarantee they'll actually balance that way.

Beamertwin... just polished off your photo gallery. That looks like it must've been a fantastic trip. Very nice.

I had to run into Los Anchorage only to see a proof at the printer...the weather was forecasted for COOL but dry...LOL

Came out from lunch with my Hippo hands completely white and in mid-town the flakes were coming down pretty good. These new meats with studs made it a perfect day. :clap:lol3

The big question is how did they feel on the highway?

I'm thinking I may go ahead and mount mine up, even with the rear kind of shabby. Maybe I'll burn it off at biketoberfest :wings :ricky

The wee was virgin to knobs....mega float at 90mph....with the wind gusts it seemed like I was driving drunk and holding on for life with the front....not really that bad but no way I can do those aggressive sweeping jabs in traffic.

But, I am stoked...yea, I will probably go sat to HOH but hoping some of you studds wanna see if we can do the full hatcher loop or something equiv.

Hey, that's great that you guys had a nice barbecue and held hands round the compressor while singing Kumbaya, but how about some pictures/talk on how to stud your tires?

Not a flame guys, but yaknow...how do you do it?

There's beer in it for you if its good.

Yo Rob...you forgot to mention the group hug. It was special.

I am 98% desk jockey...so, Legion here leads the way and shows off how to first drill holes in the the tires. This is uncharted territory for all of us except KL5A, so we are guessing which stud pattern makes the most sense. The drill they had is the exact length. Spit black rubber shit all over you and smells delightful also. Then, I used KL5A's studder where you load one stud at a time and then push hard into the drilled hole and ....VOILA..you are studded...My TKC's seem to be the easiest along with I already had my tires mounted on the rim. Legion's front tire has small knobs and it was not mounted so he seems to have to work much harder.

Hope the helps your curiosity. Now back to kumbaya. On my IPOD. LOL

    Thanks akphotog!

That gets you a beer but ...at this point I'm pouring you a warm lite beer that's gone a bit flat.
    :photog
You need an upgrade. Maybe a nice cold amber or something?

I've been looking around for where you can buy a tire studder and studs and can't find any place. Can any of you guys point to a web site for a supplier?

LOL....as I do not drink da kine beverage, but always willing to trade out for a topless barmaid. So, what you are saying is all I am entitled to is a flat chested, barely toothed older women at this point?:lol3

I hope KL5A and Wheeldog will chime in with the tools section of the report.:deal

I mounted up my trackmasters last night. Just in time, it would appear!

Perhaps a run up the pass would be in order this weekend, a practice run? Sunday works best for me.

Sounds good to me....I was thinking of rolling into HOH Sat. just to watch all the poor guys park their Harley's for the winter. But, Sunday would work well for me also.

Wouldn't that actually be reversed when it comes to having sex with a woman?
