I messed up on the subframe angle but that is why I picked the virago. Given the seperate sub frame I can always try again.
Aztec area?? Dry? Wanting to mountain bike Alien Run but not sure if the area is dry or not.
My neighbors went today and said it was still too muddy.
Fuckin’ dirt bikes. Thank goodness for knee braces or that would have been a center punch to the fibula.
Oh, I thought that's just what a compound fracture looks like on an old guy.
Damn lucky there. That could have been ugly.
Farmington conditions update: Horrible absolutely horrible. All out of town riders should avoid this area like the plague. Everyone from Texas and Arizona who are considering coming to the area should just bypass it directly and go to Durango or Moab.
Well, She ain’t purrdy but she’s mine.
Fab a cover for the battery and she'll be fine.
Just trying to keep the thread alive. The 60 degree weather earlier in the week sure was nice, got to take the big girl out and stretch her legs.
Finally got the gas gas water pump seal and water pump shaft replaced. I did a quick shake down ride to make certain it would hold together for tomorrow’s ride. I ride faster on a four stroke but i smile more on a two stroke. I also love the simplicity of a carbureted two stroke.
Farmington Dirt Report,,. Beyond Hero Dirt today! It was Ego dirt, bike stuck to the ground like Velcro couldn’t make a mistake if you tried! Made me feel like a pro.(only slower)
Great dirt still but there is some mud to beware of.
^^^Hope you got out of there ok. It's funny how something like mud or sand can be so fun on a small bike and such a workout on a big bike!^^^^
I got out okay, I’m just really happy I had my hiking boots on and not my MX boots or it would have been a different story. My feet would slide back as I attempted to lift the bike up hill. Had to pivot the bike on it side case and pull the front wheel around then lift. It was a bitch, I was making a mental list of people that where not at work yesterday so I could “phone a friend” but managed to get it out. I’ll definitely not push it next time while I’m alone.
Shoutout to inmate Brainless_1 for making the ear savers. They are a hit at the hospital.
