Weather was great for a ride and I just got the shiney new adv decals, had to go somewhere. Highly recommend the Rt 381 south of Ohiopyle, turns into 26 in WV (I think) and Rt 3. Interesting how you get spoiled by the suggested cornering speed signs, WV doesn't bother with such hints, spoils the suspense. Anyhow the elevation is only around 2500 but the horizon really projects with the ridges in the background.

Note to sports bike riders, don't set the garmin to navigate on the shortest route:

Started to like the gravel, DR650 in my future? But started to think it was going to take me all the way home on the stuff. Anyway, picked the down hill routes and regained the lovely tarmac.

Trip back was "casual", herds and herds of H-D riders, made me miss the closing time at the Stone Villa winery in Kecksberg.
