Working on my '71 Duster and here is my issue: when I put the flywheel on, torque it down to 25 ft. lbs. and...it won't turn. It is as if I have tightened down like a nut!

I've checked the engine blow up diagram. I have one washer and one locking washer on the flywheel nut. I don't see any other washers...should there be one by the crank seal?

    What am I missing here?
