Just put stiffer springs in it. Try the 20% stiffer springs that procycle sells for the TW. As long as the spring is not to large for the fork tubes its fine. All you need to do is remove the top cap, pull the spring out, replace with a stiffer spring, make a pvc spacer to set the amount of sag/preload you want and you are done. I have a stock set of tw200 springs in my TU250 which improved that bike a huge amount. I also ran TW springs in a sportster till I changed the damper rods to get more travel.
