    Barrel gas got us to 500 posts and many miles. I don't know about good versus bad gas in Baja. What I do know is I love that spit of land. Like Bruce said, it's contagious. 322 days or something (and counting) to the next Baja trip. :deal

    Did many of the same routes a few weeks after Club Magoo. My Husky 610 ran great on Baja gas. Me thinks there is no alcohol so better performance.

    No question about going back, just when.

    BTW, the ride report was awesome.

    :bluduh That does it. Brian: I have to get me a KTM 350 because my Husky TE250 is too sensitive to low octane!

    Do you think that'll work????

    Laurie...word has it that ktm's are "slenderizing and at those MSRP prices "self cleaning"..oh and getting your pavement cruising rpm's below 7500-8000 could be a whole new world for you. Tell brian to let us know if we can be of any more assistance with your decisions as you become the "orange duo"..for your next baja du-over....all the best!!

    mucho gracious to the road less traveled along with the dust and sand. have to admit i had never been on a bike trip of this duration before, a few days here and there, but not the successive days like this trip ... to big (big chief) sprocket, many thanks for waiting for us, well at least you waited at the bar, and to bruce, thanks for the sweep, when i was waiting and taking in the emptiness of baja, mid day and at night, i knew the sight and sounds of m/c's would eventually come over the hill ... to ATEAM; man you've made a career move to hollywood as the pic's and video's were perfect and i'd suggest no one else could or would have taken the time needed to get the report off and keep it running ... to the rest, i sincerely appreciate allowing me to tag along;

    the sun rises and falls for the generations, its up to us to make the best of it as we will all at one time become part of the sand beneath our wheels ... now, time for a beer!! or three as the chief would say ... :freaky

    I was looking at a new Husky 350 at Bobby J`s that would do just fine Laurie!

    I'm pretty sure I'm not ready for double the cc's from the TE250 to a 500 anything! An off-balance throttle twist like I still occasionally have would have severe consequences :eek1. Though hey, wouldn't it be a good idea to have the same bike as Brian for spare parts sharing? :nod :deal :rofl

    350 cc's sounds better and the Huskies sure are purty :super

    Well it's all a dream anyway :freaky... a Baja dream! :clap (to be slightly more on-topic :lol3)

    The 501 comment was for me. I just figured the Husky is a better looking KTM!

    Even better if you get one and have the luxury of sitting down while riding! :rofl

    It has different suspension front and rear, a different subframe, different plastic, it will be interesting to see how it is priced! Back to Baja now.:freaky

    I knew it had real suspension, unlike the orange ones.:roflThe price tag is hanging off the handlebar at Bobby J`s.
