With the revamped prices what is standard materials? Sas-tech, cordura, and superfabric seem to be a $400 option. Also I'm guessing no more buying seperates?

    Hi,
Standard materials are essentially what we had on the old Lombard:
    T-Tex fabric with Cordura reinforcements

the premium materials are an upgrade.

    No separates :)

I had a few questions since the upgraded fabric prices place the suit at Aerostitch R-3 sale prices.

    1. Do you still do a free lifetime replacement if the suit is damaged in a crash? It is mentioned on your blog, but that post is from a few years ago.
    2. What is T-Tex?
    3. It seems like the velcro is a weak point (per a review on this site, as well as a few emails with a Powershell owner). Are there any plans to upgrade the velcro?
    4. What are the options if the suit just wears through over time? Is there any support so the Powershell can be repaired?

Actually we have revised pricing and options. There is already a huge price difference between the two. When u add the required options to make the gear equal (example back protector, a $100 option on Aero).. the difference is more. But to answer your question - the lifetime warranty is no longer as people seem to want lower prices rather than lifetime warranties.

T-Tex is a Polyester based fabric similar to Cordura (with is Nylon based). Its performance grade is obviously lower than branded Cordura.

We have been incorporating feedback over the past few years but haven't heard much in terms of velcro over the past two years. Can you be more specific.

We do not have a repair facility in USA. Repairs can be done via Rainy Pass (rainypass.com)

At the moment we have paused orders as some premium items are out of stock and we are waiting on our next shipment to arrive.

    thanks
