Wow, what a brilliant idea to connect all riders around the world !! And your good karma will be rewarded with a place to stay when you travel. Didn't see any dots up North in Alaska/Yukon or am I missing anything ? Will be going up that part of the world and it will be wonderful to meet some like-minded inmates in that region.

Honor to be in advrider forum. Thank you

it should bounce you to that person's tent space post, there were some glitches awhile ago but I thought they'd been fixed, were you on the actual map link? I come up when I click on my pin.

    I think, log into Google
Then just save the google map as a shortcut to your phone.
Then you can click that shortcut and open Google map tent space map.
I say I think that works.
I just clicked the link form the first post using Tapatalk which opened Google maps on my phone inside Tapatalk.
Then I opened Google maps in Safari.
I was then able to see a banner along the top that allowed me to open the Google Maps app on the phone.

More or less what Mr Head stated.

The Tent Space Map is a layer within Google Maps, so if you open it in the Google Maps app on your phone, and save that layer, you can access it whenever you want, maybe even offline (though I'm not sure).

In fact, several people have complained that the Tent Space pins persist on their Google Maps map even when they don't want them to.

    Open the app
Go to the three vertical bars top left
    Choose "your places"
    Slide the menu bar left
    Choose "maps"
    Should be there

I listed my place again as a space for riders passing through, but noticed it had disappeared off the map. So a few days ago posted it again, but noticed it was not listed yet in Calgary. Wondering if I am missing something? Thx in advance. Cheers

There is some good information in this first post. Ping one of the tent space masters listed in there.

Still seeing if I can get my location corrected, please. I'm not in Goddard, Kansas but actually Wichita. Zip code 67211, near where the highways 135 and 400/54/Kellogg intersect.

Hi Jay, I work on the map, let me research what happened. The automated code I was using to maintain the map is no longer working due to website changes so for now I am manually adding and deleting any changes. I will certainly re-add you into the next update, which should be later this week.

I'm still not showing up on the map here in Aus.
What do I need to do to get it happening?
    Thanks
