Hi Tim, we've chatted a couple of times and I appreciated your advice and guidance ... thanks! Life has its curves and none of us are immune so all I can say is hang in there and make the best of every situation and you will come out of it a better man. I turn 65 in January and I feel like my adventures are just beginning even if my body tells me different :) Blessings to you bro .... Merry Christmas and all the best in 2019 .....

    Hey Tim,

How ignorant of me to have not seen your note before asking my Alaska trip questions.

Just know you're not alone. We're all wishing you better health and better situation alll around. The cycle of life catches up with us all. Today marks December solstice. The shortest day or the years. But, then the sun will start shinning again little by little. God knows I've been through a patch of health issues over past 7-8 years. Torn achilles. Took me 3 years to walk again. Prostate cancer and treatment. Melanoma cancer and part of my ear removed. Detached retina during my 2015 CDR trip and had to fly back for emergency surgery. Nearly left me blind. What kept me going in the though of getting back in the saddle. Indeed things will get better. Moerevoer, you will even appreciate those moments even more. Thank you for your ride reports.

    Dear Santa,

I‘Ve been a good boy all year. I’m not greedy, but I still have Christmas wishes. If it’s not too much bother, I would really love a new Tewster2 video...that and a shiney new Triumph 1200 Scrambler XE in blue. That’s all, Merry Christmas.

    Yours truely,
    djroszina

Like a fine wine, Tewster's vids cannot be rushed. It will be worth the wait.

    Ben's money back guarantee!

Tim does have other things to do! He has to size that van for the tallest player on the Swedish Women's Volley Ball Team.

    Happy HO HO to all,

    Ben.

Sorry to hear of all the issues Tim. Hope all things get better so you can get back out on the road. Laid up for a while myself. Looking forward to the next RR. Be safe out there.

Episode Two of the 2018 Alaska ride (the finale, only gonna be two episodes) is done...it's an hour and a half long...only problem is I don't have an internet connection that I can upload it in a timely manner....I tried to upload it here but after 30 hours it was only 50% done...so I pulled the plug....maybe I can find a fast connection somewhere on the road...I'm leaving Saturday for about 4 weeks...geez.

Can’t cha split it into 2 parts? Starbucks has great WiFi, but you’ll have an arrhythmia after drinking all that coffee...you’ve been away from BMWs too long.

Yeah I can split it up but it would still take the same amount of time to upload them all.

We will see...the weather will determine...how long do you think it would take to upload 14 gb of data on your service?

What's the weather forecast for you guys for next week? I can check here but local knowledge is better :thumb

It'a a 1426 mile drive to your place for me.....:-)
