What happened to pie?
Regular pie is for sissies....a good manly pie is made out of pulled pork.
I LOVE quality BBQ...but I'll remember this quote then next time you come through CO, and we get to ride together, then we'll see who squeals first.
you bet! I'll have the van and the trailer...not sure if I can get it in your driveway and then turn around/back out....but....I'll find a place nearby to park ...can't miss not seeing the best looking above average couple in Boulder
I will be in Terlingua at Rancho Topanga Campground Jan 20-26 if your'e around stop by. Silver F 150 and white cargo trailer.
Thanks...I'll be traveling pretty slow but I'm leaving here in the morning and will probably be past BBNP before you're there...but if not I'll surely get with ya.
Looks like the cg only has tent camping...I'll email them to see if they would let me park my van there.
I think they will, we are staying in my 16' enclosed trailer. Nice folks there and the facilities are excellent.
Episode Two, the finale, is up now, enjoy....
Tewster's Traveling Circus Alaska 2018 Episode 2
Thanks for the effort you put in to get this uploaded before you head out again. Now for some Prime Time Viewing, catch me in a couple of hours............
I think I’m goona cook a big chunk of cow and enjoy a 6 pack of home brews while enjoying this long awaited epic masterpiece...Apple pie for desert. On the 55” big screen of course.
Damn...... I could not continue to watch. I got to your Telegraph Creek segment and my eyes got wet. So sad that the land has been devastated by wildfire. We experienced the fires in 2017 and it is still hard for me to travel through the burnt out areas around our area. To know what the Tahltan Nation went through with so little outside support is overwhelming. I keep telling myself that fire is part of a natural cycle, but it still is tough.
LIFE IS GOOD
Tim, thanks for taking the time to do your videos. They are always awesome. You pick great music. You make the riding segments short and to the point. I enjoy the comments you insert. Please do not stop making these. I have been to Alaska three times; once with my wife in our motorhome towing our Jeep in 2012, once by myself on my bike in 2015 and again in 2017 with a friend on bikes last year. I did a trip report here on the last trip.
Thanks Tim for finishing this.
I think I will sit back with a Scotch and watch this tonight.
See you next year.
Tim, nice job on the vid. Familiar faces and the scenery made me a bit homesick. Thanks for finishing and posting.
Thanks for the vid Tim, keeps me inspired to make a trip to Alaska ! Hope your current journey is a good one and maybe we will see you in Texas around Big Bend.
Many thanks to all of you that like the vid! Much appreciated.
Just crossed into Mississippi and stopped at the welcome center. Had a wonderful night at GPAX’s home last night. His wife Chris is a jewel and very talented with the paintings. Really beautiful stuff. I had a great time at dinner and conversations later. Greg’s NC is looking good and I’m sure he’ll have a great ride back to Alaska in a few months. I hope to see them on the way back.
Still heading west...all systems are nominal with no red lights on the boards....will stop near Beaumont for the evening then it’s up to Conroe to meet a couple of folks for some grub
Enjoyed your video! Thanks for taking the time to produce and share, it's not a small amount of work.

Hey I’m in Lafayette for the night. You guys wanna meet for lunch tomorrow at Vernon’s?
Great job with the video Tim. You have gifted me with a twofer; wonderful entertainment and documentation of our trip. I look forward to future miles together. Take care and have a great trip.
