Might become a part-time resident of Utah???
Can’t wait for the “Talon Build” thread.
Hi Tim!! It was great hanging out with you at 3 Step!! Was wonderful hitting the “STOP” button and just doing nothing...well laughing and bullshitting! Take care and have fun! ERIC & STEPH
Hey Tim it was great to meet you. See you back in Flatistan this fall.
And you guys too Eric and Steph!
Thanks Eric! Good times were had by all.
Thanks Bill! See you in a couple of months in Flatistan my friend.
The weather is getting cold and windy north of where you are:..Orygone...Ideeho....Montanas..Warshington....For the next 2 weeks...."They" say...I'd hang out south if'n I was in your tyres.....Well, on them....
Haha yep...it's getting a bit cool here this weekend...rain coming in a couple of days...will be good to knock the dust down a bit...Alaska is out this year...plans change...ideas change....my buddy Anthony and I are gonna roam around the west for a month or so riding, boon docking, and relaxing...hopefully go see my buddy's (AK-Hoff) new home near Calgary)...then it's back to Florida for the months of July and August...gonna be hot a hell but looking forward to coming back to the southwest in September to relax, ride a bit, and hang out at 3 Step again for a few weeks...still trying to arrange to get the buggy...so much fun...a few friends are disappointed that I'm not gonna be in Alaska this year but the past four years in a row up there have been a blast...next year plans are to go over to the Isle of Man for the TT races the last of May then back to the states and go up to the Canadian Maritimes....but who knows...I'm so wishy washy with my plans these days
Have fun at the TT - went in 2012 and it is, quite simply, breath-taking to see the racers in action. The riders are a totally different breed to the rest of us...
PM me if you have any questions.
"..I'm so wishy washy with my plans these days."
Isn't that the beauty of retirement?
Will miss you in Alaska Tim. Most of my friends are people you introduced me to. I still use your name as a reference at truck stops. Take care. I might catch you in the Fall. Ben
There has to be a story here...or a made for TV movie....LOL.
Just south of Calgary in Nanton There is the Canadian bomber Command Museum. Check it out if in the area.
Got to like it....go where the soul points you.
I think that is the hardest adjustment for me.......I'm retired. I can go anywhere I want and stay for as long as I want, (there really is a limit), but for 30 years I traveled to some great places while working but it was always someone else who made the travel plans. So, T2 go where you want to go my friend. You earned it!
Ya, what they said!!!
Well... we are having an ice storm here at 3 Step...Espar furnace is my friend
The weather is definitely bi-polar.....Last week almost 100*..a couple of days later I woke up to 34*..
Being retired is so swell, I ride up to an intersection and mentally flip a coin..Left..right...ahead...anything but turn around, unless it's a dead-end..............
When my wife was still alive she was the best passenger!..I'd ask her where do you want to go...what do you want to see?
She always replied " I'm just along for the ride!"......She got robbed, alzhiemers @ 68 nailed her...
Oh my God Tim! Thats crazy!! Hang on!!!
