There is a large area under my house that I plan to escavate with a shovel and barrow then put in a floor.
What we do for a decent man cave.

I started building my garage 3 years ago, plan was to NOT go into debt to build it.
So as we have extra $$$ I build a bit more.
After next weekend all we have to do is run the electrical ( which we have) and it’s pretty much done.

Out of pocket is the only way to do it. I pinched pennies for two years to save up enough to build a shop. Seemed like forever, but it was totally worth it.

Once I save my pennies it’s hard to spend them. Unless it’s on motorbikes.

I have been wanting to add to my tattoo collection for years but every time I have extra $$$ I either spend it on the garage or motorcycle tires !!!.

This last pour is by the garage door so the concrete truck can back up close and use his chute !!
The last 2 pours I had to use a wheelbarrow to move all the concrete into the garage ( 3 yards of concrete).

Here’s my stash that I have been collecting for about a year waiting to start this build.
All I need to to do is build the sidecar frame and assemble!!

FINALLY got out to start this build today!!
Been buying properties for the last couple months but close on the last one next week so it’s back into the garage.
Dug out the “ very well used” tub and cleaned it up and took some measurements,so now I can buy the steel for the frame next week !!
