Anyone know how long the valve guides are lasting on those motors? In the past titanium valves usually wear the guides way early - Im wondering if they have it sorted somehow.

I would advocate the Beta 400 RS,street legal, light weight, unbelievable engine and handling. Beta has yet to say if they will make a street legal 350 but year 2 of that model should be even better than this year and more red. If you want tourqe the Beta has it and anyone can ride mine at World motorcycles in Santa fe:clap

We were out in Sargeant's a couple of weeks ago. Some guys from Kansas had new Fi KTM's. Can't remember what model, but they said they were running like shit and were going into Gunnison, to see if the dealer could get them working right.

Our old fashioned re jetted carburetors were working fine.

I will never get rid of the carburator, that's my favorite excuse for being slower than the cool guys with FI :lol3

So did they lose the linkage for all 2012 model 350's or just this one?

The EXC/XC-W's are still PDS, the SXF and XC-F have linkage.

Yup, just finished a ride in Colorado from 4k-13k elevations. Only jetting issue was a boil over at 4k on a 102 degree day, after climbing miles and miles of rocky, slow stuff.

Three cheers for carburetors............until KTM figures out the rest.

    Just an opinion.

I'm sure on 99% of the bikes it's fine...........unless your name is Fishfund and you're in Africa.
