These add-ons are the best thing since the invention of the napkin.

Now if there was a way to get rid of all those 'smilies'...

    Thanks for the excellent work.

Is ther any script to just show the post w/images in them and or the posts w/images that are not in quotes?

This would be very useful for threads like killboy dragon fest that are filled with chaff.

Anyone know, is the Decrufter script dead? I lost it during one of my upgrades and the site is offline with a 502 error.

This script quit working for me upon upgrading to FF 31 (maybe 30).

    No more check box... nada..

Did I miss an upgrade somewhere? Fix?

Loved the script... bummed it's not working.

    Thx!

I searched posts by this OP and found the last one to be sometime about three years ago. Not sure where she went, but she's apparently not around here. Looks like you guys are on your own.

Any way to achieve this with the new forum software?

Howdy. It's been awhile, eh? My, this place has changed. And this XenForo shizz... it's almost like someone came and cleaned up all the spilled beer and peanut shells around here.

I've rewritten this script to support the new forum software AND newer versions of Greasemonkey/Tampermonkey AND also added a new feature that lets you define multiple people (in addition to the OP's posts). Very useful for those RRs written by several people together.

Get the new version here: https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/31745-adv-ride-report-de-crufter

While this script works with Greasemonkey in newer version(s) of Firefox, I strongly urge you to install Tampermonkey instead.

    Before you ask...
    Q. "Will there be a Chrome version?"
    A. This script should work in Chrome if you install the Tampermonkey extension for Chrome. I don't use Chrome much so please let me know if you run into issues with it.

    Q. "Will there be a Safari version?"
    A. No, I'm sorry, I don't use Safari.

    Q. "Will there be a INSERT-YOUR-VERY-SPECIAL-HIPSTER-BROWSER-HERE version?"
    A. No, I'm sorry, I only use Firefox.

    Q. "Will there be a mobile version?"
    A. No, I'm sorry, ain't nobody got time to code that.

    Cheers!

hmm, it looks like there might be a problem with the contents of the posts in that thread. I turned off Tampermonkey and the De-crufter script and I still see the weirdness you pointed out.

I think the Chrome extension someone wrote for de-crufting also has a tool to fix these formatting problems? Might be worth checking into.

In a surprising plot twist, I discovered that this script works in Chrome if you install the Tampermonkey extension. I tested it a bit and it seems to work fine.
