    :D

Makes one wonder how a f#ckup like that happens in a modern assembly line ( regardless of where it is ) the checks and balances were obviously lacking as well :scratch:dunno:hmmmmm luckily only one escaped their hands to a dealer... could have been nasty if big numbers got sold and threw legs out of bed. BMW has dodged a bullet.

It is all part of a BMW plot to scare buyers away from the Chinese KTMs coming out soon!

I obviously live under a rock....

I saw both the BMW850 and the BMW750 today and thought they looked the goods. :-)

Ditto... I'll be eyeing off the 850GS Adventure model next year. Might be bye-bye to the HP2 & XRV. :(

If you plan on having BMW service your new bike until warranty expired, the new fixed price service plans look like good value to me

Also the new 3 year warranty over the previous 2 year is a good touch

Had a loan bike for the day, always wanted to try one so it was good to spend the good part of a day riding around the town and country

    What was you impression?

I was given the 750 as a loan bike, and didn't really like it - motor seemed very tinny - heaps more power than the 700GS, but too revvy - like a 990 with its belt done up too tight …
