Will NETRA membership be required?
This is an AMA sanctioned event. NETRA or AMA membership NOT required.
It is an AMA sanctioned event but you don't need to join AMA.??. I let mine go years ago when netra didn't require it..
AMA allows non members to participate in recreational events at the club's discretion. We don't require AMA membership for this event, but we will, at a mudhole, help a stuck AMA member before a non member.Have your card ready.
I won't need help anyway. Every year I plan on joining at an event that requires it but then never make it those anyway..
Do you still support GSs?
Glad to see this back on the schedule.
See you there.
ask the guy with the broken starter gear on his GS, that we dragged, by hand, up a rocky woods road and then towed it with an XR650, till it started.
I would say yeah.
So glad this is on again! We're in!
Is registration up yet? All I see on the link is a countdown.
This looks like a lot of fun.Going to try to make it.

You better sell that klr, this could be you:
Awesome it's back - I finally got all the water out of my DR650 after playing U-boat commander in that deep stream at the start of the ride a couple years ago. I think it was right after the end of Sheets Road off RT. 57. Anyone need advice on drying out after a full submersion - happy to help! Amazing where that water sits. Even still - great day - looking forward to doing it again.
'bout 90 days away
any update on registration for this?
Well, I found out that the online registration, like we've done in the past, costs a certain amount for each day you have it open, so we will be waiting for a while longer before we open it. We also would like to work out a couple more details, like what's for dinner and stuff that goes along with the price for entry before posting the cost and opening online registration.
Scheduled for Saturday is a visit to Jim Hollerich's dirtbike museum,(donations accepted, but not mandatory) like we had in 2013.
