May have better luck posting in the Hack category.. https://advrider.com/f/forums/hacks.56/

    or

include the size of your current tire & wheel in your post, that would help determine what options there might be.

Probably better off riding a CT125 for that.

That's what you get when you run a car tire on a car. I mean srsly, what did you expect?

I'm gonna put a car tire on a Harley and watch the heads explode like the Scanners movie!

Like moto tires, individual car tires handle differently too. The squarer the profile on a CT, the poorer it typically feels on a bike. They tend to make higher mileage CTs with a squarer profile so they last longer. Rounder profile tires in the 40k or less treadwear lifespan handle very bike like.

The only time this dead horse topic is any fun is when the naysayers finally arrive after a 'brisk' run through the twisties. Funny that most naysayers all of a sudden usually don't want to discuss it much.

I run a Laurenn G Fit AS 205-65/R16 which has a rounded profile narrow tread width, which is the key for a C/T to work great on a MC, and is rated at 60k mile. I have been extremely happy, 15k miles on the tire so far.
