Thanks to you and to those who answered my question!

I will consider: carburation, exhaust, smaller sprocket, motorcycle lightening
    it's not a real trial... it's not a real enduro... is Beta Alp 200, m.y. 2007

Cool bike, not sure that we got those in the USA.

Don't show me stuff that I'll want to buy! I did see one at the Dirt Rider 24hr event at Hungry Valley in "05 or '06, but wasn't sure if it was a demo from the importer or what.

20210531_153432.jpg 20210615_175910.jpg 20210615_132102.jpg Rode 160 miles today. Nice day; a little windy. Got 100mpg with a mix of dirt/gravel, paved county roads and some two lane roads. Best mileage ever was 112 mpg. Only change from stock is an NGK iridium plug. Great little bikes.

I’d like to place my vote in the very impressive box for that mpg score. I run those plugs on all my bikes. You can spend $10 on a lot worse items for your bike like spoke straws or anything spiky that’s not foot pegs.

I second that, I get about 1/2 of that mileage

ALP 200: the suspensions are poor, the 200 engine is not a monster (as you know), but 105 kg / 235 lb approximately and the low seat make it an all-rounder toy !!
Alp 350 is heavier (133 kg / 295 lb) and less agility, less suitable for routes where the Alp 200 goes like a trial or a small enduro

    Video of the 200 Alp:

Can anyone confirm that all the years of DR200 air filters are interchangeable? I have a 1998 and having trouble finding a good quality filter that specifically says it will fit that year.

Went on a nice little tour to some local remote areas the other day. Every ride on the DR is an adventure.

Remote? Street signs in the background and obviously a DOT approved bridge. Jokes aside Did you send it across that bridge?

This road is just a short dead end spur off of a gravel road that runs from BlueGrass VA to Lake Buffalo in WV.
