... Nice day ...
Camping in Northern Michigan, a 822 mile 3 day weekend.
I took a nice two day trip through up upstate NY.
On the Hudson
At Mok Faa National Park, Northern Thailand. Those are wild forest chickens hanging out near the bike.
Man you guys are seriously tempting me with your CB500X pics. I'm a former Weestrom rider, wanted something lighter and trailworthy so I've been on a KLX250S for about 7 years, but lately I find myself thinking about something more roadworthy for some longer road/gravel rides, but I don't feel the need for a full size 1200 class ADV bike. Fuel range is a big deal for me, and I'm getting the impression that the 500X has some long legs in that regard.
Dogjaw, is that a seatconcepts saddle?
New travel bags...
it is; had them on my DR's and think it's the best mod I've done so far to the CBX... I know I come across as a SC shill, but they are an awesome bang for the buck.
and to further the temptation, the range on my CB is 240 miles before my fuel light starts blinking, and it takes 3.5 gallons to top it off from that point. Even with my Arkansas education, I can figger that to be 68.5 mpg, and I don't dawdle. The tank is reported to hold 4.5 gallons, which would make my range over 300 miles, should I care to push it.
looks sweet without the windshield!!
I'm much happier without the windshield. It's just perfect.
Wow, not sure how I missed this! So Sorry. It's the stock Honda OEM Tall Windscreen.
this was the first big trip, from belgium to the isle of man
