The Supermono was a race bike only (sadly).
I want to see her naked.
I reckon if you were to flick through the auction brochure in post #499, you’ll probably see her nekid...
The 450 Desmo was my first "adult" bike, engine vibration was so bad it knackered the Smiths instruments on a regular basis,
and eventually caused the battery to split open, dumping the acid all over the rear of the bike.
The rear wheel spokes broke constantly, and the additional headlight was an attempt to get a modicum of night vision from
the 6V electrics. Performance with the original exhaust and 29 mm carb was really poor, so looks were everything
How about a Swiss Italian single?
I took these photos a restoration shop last Wednesday
The engine is made in Italy, the rest in Switzerland. I don't know how it ended up in Australia.
I know that place, and the owners. I also know the guy who built the 450CC Ducati Cafe in Dennis' office too.
Yeah Blue Mountain cycle that's where we are just came from I picked up my cylinder heads for my Multistrada stop by the restoration shop on my way home
Picked this 1969 Ducati Mark 3 Desmo today. Probably going to be a full resto since I've always wanted one. I need to push the 66 Monza out the door though.
I'd been eyeballing that.
Thanks for keeping me from pissing off my wife!
Haha, sorry bud! He's a close friend of mine so I just had to. I'll do it some justice for ya.
That’s about to change....
