Man, sorry to miss the grand opening. Unfortunately I got a call at 2:30am last night saying there was 5 inches of standing water on the fith floor of my office. By the time I got there watter was gushing out the front doors into the parking lot and the fire department was pumping more out of the elevator shafts. Burst pipe in the sprinkler system flodded the whole building. Just got home, going to bed. Have fun all!!!

Well, where are the photos for us house bound poor bastards? Or are you all still to much in the party mode to post? I'd bet thats the case. Too much ice cream and libations.

It was quite the party- let me tell you! Friar has one heck of a nice place there- saw Gnomad/KL5A leaving on the Pegaso just as I was arriving- KL5A and others will have to fill some of you in on the hilarity that ensued when one Don met the other Don tonight- a mystery that has made us both scratch our heads at the others behavior for nigh on 20 years!

I left shortly after the drunken haircuts episodes, and boy was the food good, company great, very nice shop, heck of a host and hostess at the abbey- a great time to be had by all!

Great opening! Always a grand time with this group. Real happy Gail and I were able to make it. We forgot to bring a camera but I know there were some around. Cant wait to see some pics. Just the first of many gatherings I'll be looking forward too.

There were friendly 'Biker Chicks.' The one on the left wants me to turn her into a monkey. WTF?! I kind of like her the way she is now. :dunno
    [IMG]

Yes, those are really nice bangs. :evil :D
    [IMG]

Our host was looking -em, cordial? :eek1
He got trimmed up later in his own barber's chair while the 'Biker Chicks' fed him grapes. Missed the pic. Dammit.

There were Penguins eating ice cream!

I got a feeling this sign is gonna change.

    There was a more-than-ample supply of calories :D -
    [IMG]

Probably due to all the good-looking biker chicks present, a peeping Tom, complete with camera, was spotted -
    [IMG]

The identity of the suspect is still unknown, but the investigation is continuing. :lol3

It seems the guys all get handsomer at closing time... or do we caption this one "Beauty and the Beast"? :rofl :rofl :rofl -

    What Wheeldog said.

Thanks for hosting us Friar and Penguin.
A great time was had by all.
Another fantastic trip video presented by JeranGina Productions. (USXGS)
A special thanks to all who contributed $ to the Kegerator fund.
It's amazing that we were able to keep our little secret hidden.
I think Friar and Penquin were surprised and I'm sure that niffty appliance will be welcomed by all who stop in at the Abbey.
