    Down around Stanley I think I remember you talking about hot springs that the fires burnt buildings etc.

    Looks like Basin Creek Hot Springs to me, we had a great soak here on our hot springs tour of Idaho last year.

    So sorry,,the spot with the rainbow and the pond and the hot springs down in the river is all the same place,,,,,historic Atlanta Idaho.

    IMG_2007.JPG.jpg Atlanta is a funky kinda place, we were there last year exploring Hot Springs in the area. Forget the North Fork of the Nooksack picture, here's a photo from a regional ride a few years back in the gem state. We had a good soak and according to the old Harley dude camped near the hot springs, we just missed the Rainbow gathering group passing through, lotsa young naked hippies everywhere according to him...we had a good laugh!
