I've never saw a beet served with a hamburger. I myself personally don't care for beets but my mother sure did love them!

Road food.........a Xmas story! Each year my partner @The Apprentice and I head off over the Xmas break ,here in Australia, and tour around Last year,2018, we booked a cottage for 5 days around 700ks away,we planned not to move once ensconced, so we had to take all our food, including Xmas day lunch! So with panniers bulging with food and booze,heres what we knocked up over the break,ALL this was packed in on the DR's!! The fridge breakfast,smoked salmon and eggs first tea The big one Xmas dinner ,it was superb!! Desert merangue,cream and strawberries Another breakfast and Dinner and another It was a great break,off to Hong Kong,Japan and the Philippines this year!! So to all in this thread, have a great holiday season ,from the eggs benny man!

We went on a Christmas Eve ride yesterday and most everything was closed so we just took along a little something to eat at Elrod Falls in Hancock County,TN. I decided on tuna salad n crackers.
