Cute thread! I'm still good luggage but I prefer my own:
Best first post ever!
1970 Kawasaki 238 Green Streak, Brown Field Raceway
On my grandfather's 68 Honda 125 Scrambler. Soon afterwards I bought a beat to death 160 Scrambler and rode everywhere on it, on and off road.
A tribute to dad and grandfather who taught me to ride in '67 at age 15, at age 60 I'm still going strong.
Circa 1965, me on the right sitting on the Suzuki 125 I learned on. My brother on the Honda Trail 90 we shared.
I started riding in my 20's. Picture of me with my oldest son, on my first Harley. I'd just come back from a week-long trip. Was tired & the bike was still "pinging", but it was a GREAT ride.
..but still the 1st time I ever sat on my OWN motorcycle back in Sept. 2009.
Put over 60K on it since...One word: Hooked. Better late than never. I got some catching up to do, and loving it!
Proof I was riding safe in 72!
NO, you aren't, BAREFOOT...
1970 On my DT1

I remember when NJ required a front plate on a bike
Only one I could find that's older, in the 80's.
Not THE earliest, but an early pic. Circa 1970 with dad's BMW R69S rig.
1975 during a So Cal desert race. '73 Yamaha 250MX.
I think I posted this somewhere else on here during the past year, but this is the earliest photo I've got. About 1971, Honda CL100, my first real motorcycle, there were mini-bikes with lawnmower engines before this...
This looks like fun, I want to play.
Me on my home built Victa mower engine in the pushie, Brother on the BSA Bantam scrambler and Little Sis on the 20" pushie!
while in college in about 1969 or 70
around 1972 in el paso desert on my green streak
