Circa 1978. Honda Z50
Here is some after my early early pix. (top of this page) Mid 80's T-160 sold 2 summers ago still have the 69 T-150. Current, Xmas 2017 same Trident and my 64 SF/Hornet street tracker
Somewhere around the spring of 1973, it started life as a 1971 Suzuki TC90 but I wrecked it so many times it had various tanks and paint jobs on it.
I'm probably 15 or just 16 in this pic,for some reason girls weren't very interested in me and I had plenty of time to ride
Around 1972,on a Penton 175 Jackpiner?sp in an Ohio Hare Scrambles. Open face helmet with Joffa mouthgard, leather pants and Hi Point boots!
Wish I still had the bike and those leathers.
I was about 16.
Had the same bike, Hi-Point boots, Joffa but I've forgotten the brand of the leather MX pants I wore. Fun time!
Mine were Bates. Tossed them a couple of years ago.
Recognise the car
I think I might be younger than a lot of people on here but riding almost as long.
You really are too cool!
Close...but not quite! Yours is an HQ (c1972 -1974) the wagon in my pic is an HZ (1977-1980). In between was HJ and HX. Same line, but a couple of models in between. Thanks for the HQ pic.
Yup 1974 253 / trimatic official colour was “Lettuce Alone “ paid 900 aus $ in 1983
On my new
1975 Maico 400!
50 years ago! Crap!
I've got a post on the thread already.... but I can move the bar back a tad for me.
This is my second bike - photo taken in, IIRC, 1974 - I'd come home from uni and pulled out the bike I used to ride to school. It's a '49 Matchless 500. My first "bike" was a mid '50's Vespa that we used as a scrambler.
I sold the bike for $55 to fund my studies a bit further. Would cost 100 times that to get it back, if I could find it.
1969. 5hp Rupp Digger. Thing was fast.
That cut off jean jacket man! Too cool.
Gilera TG1 mix
I'm the one on the right. Think 1963
1975 then 40 years later. Guess I like apes, long front ends and skinny front tires
