    I have one of these in the shed this is not my bike but a pic. She's has good company with a 1972 750 Norton Commando Combat Roadster on one side and a VOR 503 on the other.
    The 1981 KTM 495 greatwhite is supposedly still the fastest MX bike in the world 124 mph.
    I started this rebuild 10 to 15 years back took me 4 years of constant searching worldwide to get it all ready for the rebuild. I have everything ready to go but the time so she might have to wait to I retire.

    I loved mine, but I came out pretty well I totaled it. Paid $2000 for it, rode it for 4 years in college, and got about $3,500 from the insurance company. They didn't know that mine had been dropped and repainted, which kills the value, from what I've read.

    1969 Velocette Venom Thruxton. VIN VMT941C. Bought it in 1971 when I was 24, kept it a few years then passed it on when I realized I couldn't take care of it properly. Nothing quite like it to my mind. IMG_2104.jpg
